A Prayer for Doubt
Father, I am honest: I am struggling to believe right now. Not that You exist — but that You see me specifically. The doubt is real.
I come the way that father came to Jesus: "I believe — help my unbelief." Take this small, imperfect faith and work with it.
Show Yourself to me. Remind me of the times You have been faithful before. Strengthen my faith today.
Amen.What Does the Bible Say?
Doubt in the Bible is treated with grace. Thomas doubted and Jesus appeared specifically to address it. Jesus did not rebuke any of them for doubt. He met them in it.
